This is a plain-language summary of how Vora handles data. It is not a finished legal policy and should be reviewed before launch.
What we store
Your account details, the business information you enter during set-up, and the records you create in your workspace — customers, quotes, jobs, appointments, invoices, payments and tasks.
Who can see it
Only you and the people you invite into your business workspace. Access is enforced by the database, so records from one business are never returned to another.
AI processing
When you use Ask Vora, the relevant parts of your records are sent to an AI provider to produce an answer. Your records are not used to train external models.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment provider. Vora never sees or stores your card number.
Deleting your data
Cancelling a subscription does not delete anything. You can request deletion of your business data at any time.
